In Sydney every March, there’s a Mardi Gras event where LGB folk celebrate those who fought for LGB rights back in the 1970’s. Well, that’s the premise anyway. It’s usually different to the Pride thing in that there’s historical references and not as much self-celebratory back patting. It’s been going for 50+ years, yet the tone has certainly changed with the addition of the TQA mob.
Most Australians have no issue with the LGB community. In reality, they are accepted in every possible way. Some would say overly accepted as in some government bureaucracies, LGB folk outnumber straight types.
That said, the transgender crowd are a different kettle of fish. According to research by Compass Polling in October 2023, a large majority of Australians think the TQA lot have gone way too far. While LGB don't push their lifestyle onto children, the TQA side of the Rainbow Alliance has taken flack with their ideological push in schools, libraries and supermarkets.
Unlike LGB, where sexual preference is the factor, TQA wave the identity flag. It’s not what they like, but who they are. Now this is a whole separate subset, and one increasingly out of favour with the SLGB community.
WHAT? SLGB? No, this isn’t Surf Lifesaving Great Britain, but Straight, Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual (colourful flag to follow).
For perhaps the first time ever, LGB folk are joining with us straighty one-eighty types to put a sock in the mouth of the ever more vocal extremist trans group. We’re not talking your quiet trans individual who goes to select parties, like-minded dinner events and then back to their biological sex face for the other 90% of their life.
No, we’re talking the radical trans types who want to use women’s spaces, play in woman’s sports, persuade school kids that they can change sex and limit our free speech. This is not to mention their push for self ID where birth certificates can be changed on a whim.
In the shadow of all this, and with the help of an ad agency that creates our stuff for free but can’t be named due to probable activist attacks, the Declaration of Biological Truth continues the good fight with this video. I urge Aussies to sign the Declaration, and don’t forget you can sign privately so you won’t be compromised by friends, family, employers or activists. If you’ve already signed, please share!
